Cancellation/ Refund Policy:
Students who have pre-enrolled in any class or presentation may call or text to cancel anytime up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled class. Class Fees for pre-paid unused portions of the program will be prorated and refunded less a $25 Administrative Processing fee. Refunds will be remitted via PayPal to the student within 10 business days of the effective date of cancellation. Excepting documented emergencies, cancellations with less than 72 hours notification will not be refunded.
Students who are late to or absent from any portion of the classes, for any reason other than documented emergencies, will not be entitled to a refund of any portion of the class fees. Emergency refunds will be limited to a pro-rated portion of the fees paid.
In the event that the class is cancelled or rescheduled by the presenters, students will be entitled to either apply any fees paid to another class or receive a full refund of fees paid for pre-paid unused portions of the program less a $25 Administrative Processing fee. Refunds will be remitted via PayPal within 10 business days of the effective date of cancellation.
