Membership Cancellation / Refund Policy:

Cancellation / Refund Policy:

Monthly subscribers may cancel at any time by simply notifying us with a text or email at least 5 business days before the end of the month of cancellation. Cancellation will be effective at the end of that month and no further charges will be made to the account. Cancellations after 5 business days prior to the end of the month will take effect at the end of the following month. No refunds will be made for unused portions of any month.

Annual subscribers may cancel at any time by simply notifying us with a text or email at least 5 business days before the end of the month of cancellation. Cancellation will be effective at the end of that month. Cancellations after 5 business days prior will take effect at the end of the following month. Free months apply to the last two months of the annual cycle only. Any unused membership fees will be refunded less a $25 Administrative Processing fee. Refunds will be remitted via PayPal to the member within 10 business days of the effective date of cancellation.

Termination Policy:

Any member found to be soliciting within the platforms of the organization for any individuals or businesses other than Connections with Frank Chodl, Rock Avenue Productions, Connections: The Gathering, or Connections: The Inner Circle, will be expelled from the group.

Any member found to be harassing, or otherwise causing any other member to feel pressured or unwelcomed will be expelled from the group.

Any member found to be providing medical or psychological advice or diagnosis without license or beyond their personal scope of practice will be expelled from the group.

Any member found to be engaging in any unlawful or illegal activities will be expelled from the group.

Program administrators and facilitators may, upon investigation and consultation, determine whether any other claims of misconduct rise to the level of membership termination.

Members will be formally notified of any pending termination and will be given 10 business days to prepare and defend their objections to any claims of misconduct. Account status may be temporarily suspended pending the outcome of investigations into claims of misconduct.

No refunds will be granted for termination with cause.
